The Villa is located :

La Plage in LORIENT
97133 SAINT BARTHELEMY

The lease will cover the whole house, that is to say, the 5 air conditioned bedrooms with five bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, garden and pool.

The villa is fully furnished and equipped with brand new materials: 6 televisions, 6 DVD players, home cinema, a CD player and wireless internet connection.

The following services are provided by the owner:

•  Service maid morning (couple) and dinner daily (re-layer)
•  24/24 guards-property
•  Beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, children’s toys, masks and flippers, etc …)
•  Continental breakfast prepared each morning

Provisional booking

• On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, we will contact you and provide you with a confirmation of availability of the villa with its costs (including applicable taxes).
• The deposit will be with an amount of thirty percent (30%) of the rental rate.

Deposit due date or full payment:

a) More than 60 days before arrival
For bookings made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, the deposit is due within fourteen (14) days from the reservation request. And the balance of the rental rate is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

b) Less than 60 days of arrival
For bookings made less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, full payment is due within five (5) days of the booking or within five (5) days before the arrival of client according to whichever occurs first.

Changes to booking

All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While Villa La Plage will endeavour to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of reservations must be made in writing (fax or email).

1 / A customer may cancel more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival and must pay a cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) of rental rate.

2 / A client who cancels less than sixty (60) days and more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of thirty percent (30%) of rental rate.

3 / A client who cancels fourteen (14) days or less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will be charged with a cancellation fee of one hundred percent (100%) of rental rate.

Without payments to deadlines, Villa La Plage can cancel a reservation.

Our seasons

Our season bookings are:

* Low Season – April 16 to December 14
* High Season – January 12 to April 15
* Christmas / New Year – December 15 to January 11

Rates

The minimum stay is 7 nights (3 seasons).

We may agree to a shorter stay on a case by case basis.

Rental rates also vary according to the season, rental rates are subject to change without notice.

All rates are inclusive of tax and service charges and are quoted in United States Dollars. (US$)

Rates are for rental of the villa per week. All other costs are at the expense of the Guest unless noted as inclusions on the written confirmation advice.

Guest Commitments

Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition.

Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay.

Villa La Plage reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause damage or any disturbance.

The guest must, within three days of stay, inform the owner of any anomaly.

Insurance

The owner’s insurance does not guarantee the personal belongings of the client, nor the theft and vandalism caused during their stay.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Villa La Plage disclaims all liability for any delay, additional expenses or inconvenience which may be caused, directly or indirectly by external events such as the late arrival of international flights, civil disturbances, fires, floods, conditions particularly bad weather, etc. …
